Choose the outstanding Origins bespoke bed with matching geometric rectangular wall panels for a showpiece headboard that brings comfort and luxury to the bedroom. The contemporary panelled headboard forms a striking linear backdrop to the upholstered bed and bedside tables. The huge variety of fabrics available with this bed means you dictate the composition depending on the colour or architecture of your bedroom - perhaps a soft subtle shade for a relaxing appearance or richer colours for a stronger statement; choose textures ranging from practical faux leather (as shown here in Shelby Chrome), rich velvet, linen, tweed to  or 100% natural wool. Our Origins bed is a superb hand crafted piece of bedroom furniture produced to order here in the UK.

Step 1:  Our bespoke “design your own” collection allows almost limitless options made to your specification and colour scheme. We’ll even help with suggestions if you like. Our designers and craftsmen are on hand to help with your plans. sales@robinsonsbeds.co.uk
Our designers and craftsmen are on hand to help with your plans. This bespoke bed can be made to measure in standard or custom sizes.  The headboard can be taller or shorter. 

Step 2:  Our comprehensive range of fabrics include -

  • wool

  • genuine and faux leather 
  • c.o.m. *subject to suitability and must be fire retardant

from quality fabric houses such as: Bute wool, Johnstons of Elgin, Moon wool, Abbotsford, Romo, Designer Guild, Linwood, Warwick, Ross, Kirkby Design, Crest Leather, Skopos, Streets and others in a myriad of textures and colours. Given the number of available fabrics we have only been able to price a small selection online. If there is a particular fabric or colour you wish or if you would like the headboard and base in different fabrics please contact us.

As we offer a bespoke service, you can also supply a suitable fabric of your own provided it is fire retardant.

Step 3:  You can specify the specific height of the base: low, medium or very high. Choose your favourite feet for the bed base to finish the look. We have displayed a small selection here however if there is something specific you are looking for let us know as we have many more options available.

Bed base storage options available are: 

  • ½ ottoman storage base 
  • 2 drawers; 1 each side at bottom (n/a: leather/faux leather) 
  • 4 drawers (n/a:  leather/faux leather)
  • ½ ottoman storage base + 2 drawers

Note - drawers are not possible in leather or faux leather

The Origins wall panels are supplied with wall mounting fixings.

Making Bespoke changes may incur extra charges to standard prices.

Standard bed sizes are -  Double, King size, Euro king, Super king and Emperor. Any other size can be made to measure. Please note the mattress is not included in the price however we manufacture and supply quality handmade mattresses suitable for the the Origins bed.
