How It Works

1. Sleep on it for at least 30 nights

Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress, especially if you’ve been sleeping on your old one for years. That’s why we ask that you try your mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before making a decision.

2. Not quite right? Contact us

If after those first 30 nights you feel your mattress isn’t the perfect fit, simply get in touch within 60 days of delivery. Our team of sleep experts will be happy to help and recommend an alternative model that better suits your comfort preferences.

3. Exchange your mattress

You can exchange your mattress for a different type or firmness within the trial period. Please note:

• The size cannot be changed (so a double can only be swapped for another double).

• The exchange must be arranged within 60 nights of your original delivery date.

• Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Costs & Price Differences

• Return costs: Customers are responsible for the standard delivery/collection costs, which are clearly outlined in our Delivery Policy.

• Price difference:

  • If your replacement mattress costs more, you simply pay the difference.

  • If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference.
