Deliveries are carried out Monday-Friday. Requests for specially timed deliveries may be possible subject to an extra charge. Generally we will try to deliver all items of furniture in one delivery to cut down on inconvenience and delivery charges however as some products are being built to the customer’s specifications and/or imported this may not prove possible due to manufacturing processes, transportation or other events out with our control. We will endeavour to keep you informed at all times.

We have 4 different delivery charges:

A) Personal Delivery within 20 miles of our Glasgow Factory £15

B) Personal Delivery within 100 miles of our Glasgow Factory £30

C) Courier Delivery for Mainland UK £55 (except IV, KW, TR, LD, SA30+ postcodes)

D) Courier Remote Deliveries IV, KW, TR, LD, SA30+ £95

Robinson’s Personal Delivery

Within our normal delivery areas (normally within a mainland radius of 100 miles from our Glasgow showroom) deliveries are generally carried out by a two-man delivery and assembly team. These teams have many years of experience and training in all facets of the job to ensure a seamless process. A delivery window of 4 hours will be agreed with you and allocated. We can arrange for the team to contact you with advance notice of their arrival giving you time to put on the kettle!

On arrival the delivery team will locate the delivery item(s) as directed by you to a readily accessible situation and assembled (if appropriate). If you have concerns regarding possible access restrictions please call us to discuss prior to the delivery date. Please remember, whilst every care is taken when transporting large beds and heavy bedroom furniture in your house it is your responsibility to remove any item which could be in the way and damaged e.g. pictures on walls, protruding light fittings or furniture.

As we are always seeking to improve our and your environmental performance all packaging can be removed and recycled where practicable. For a small charge (£25) we can also dispose of your old bed or mattress.
